Job DescriptionReporting to the HR Manager of the Global Operations Center, this position will perform a variety of HR duties including new hire onboarding, recruitment scheduling & sourcing, benefits explanation, etc. A hybrid working schedule is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completes administrative tasks for employee onboarding, offboarding, personal or job-related changes.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding such as new hire orientation scheduling, explanation of benefits and company policies & procedures, verifying I-9 information and E-Verify entry.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of employee related events in conjunction with HR leadership and Office Administration.
  • Daily navigation and use of Workday.
  • Support HR Manager to develop and update job descriptions for all positions within the Global Operations Center.
  • Assist with administrative recruiting tasks such as scheduling interviews, screening candidates as needed and facilitating ongoing candidate communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all HR related issues including employee and firm related matters.
  • Coordinate human resource functions in the absence of the HR Manager.
  • Performs other Human Resources duties and miscellaneous special projects as assigned.

Required Education, Skills And Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or two years’ experience in the HR field.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
  • Strong technology skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints and deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
