Job Summary:

The Athletics Department at Marist College invites applications for a full-time, 12-month position as a Non-Recruiting Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball. The responsibilities for this position include coordinating travel, summer camps, equipment, and supervision of the team's managers. Assist men’s basketball head coach with day-to-day administrative needs, coordinate team travel and logistics, assist with scheduling of practices and games, manage equipment, organize summer camps, coordinate use of facilities, oversee student managers, and provide technical or tactical instruction to student-athletes. Other duties as assigned by head coach and administrative staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Typical eligibility requirements: 1 year of service and 1,000 hours with Marist College. 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity – Roth option available. Voluntary, up to IRS maximum contribution. Tuition Benefits: Up to 16 undergraduate credits per semester. Up to 18 graduate credit per academic calendar. Eligibility extends to employee, spouse, and dependent children under age 26. College pays 100% tuition only. Eligible dependents may be Reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution. *Eligibility requirements including waiting periods and/or employee probationary periods may apply at the discretion of the College.
