Cucumber Cream Cheese Tomato Bites Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cleaned and peeled cucumbers
12 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
8-ounces softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
4 teaspoons Ranch seasoning mix
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Salt and pepper (if desired)
Directions:
