Summer and salads go together like sandals and pedicures, chick-lit and lounge chairs, and Fourth of July and freaked-out pets. To make sure your summer is complete, we’ve put together a list of seven summer salad recipes that will freshen up any dinner, cookout or gathering. Just chop, toss and enjoy!

Potato salad with toasted almonds
This quick and easy homemade potato salad offers a tasty mix of red and Yukon Gold potatoes, corn, green chilies, almonds, Dijon mustard and Greek yogurt.
Cobb salad
For our take on the classic Cobb salad, we simplified the salad greens and amped up the dressing flavor. We’ve included a few of our favorite tasty twists so you can make the classic or have it your way!
Caesar salad
Our classic Caesar salad tosses together romaine, garlic-infused olive oil, eggs, Parmesan and homemade croutons. We’ve included 4 tasty variations to mix things up!
Steak salad
Our hearty grilled steak salad features flank steak, red potatoes, green beans, corn and arugula tossed with a sweet and spicy ancho-chili vinaigrette.
Strawberry and lentil salad
This strawberry and lentil salad makes delicious use of the protein-packed legume and the antioxidant-rich fruit.
Avocado-orange salad
This colorful salad is like a fork-full of summer. Toss this easy avocado citrus salad with our Asian vinaigrette to meld the fresh flavors.
Broccoli slaw
Broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper and apple add layers of fresh flavors to this easy broccoli slaw salad tossed with a tangy lemon-Dijon dressing.
